CAN I DO A FULL CUSTOM GRAPHICS KIT
Yes, we offer fully custom graphic kits. Please fill out our custom order form or feel free to send us an email to get started on your project.
WILL I GET A PROOF OF MY DESIGN PRIOR TO PRINTING?
Yes, you will. All orders come with a proof before anything is printed. Once your proof has been approved you can not make any changes to your order. If you have not received a proof in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder just in case.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT APPROVE MY ORDER?
We will send a proof within 1-3 business days for approval. If it is not approved within a month, we will send a reminder email for approval. If it is not approved within two months, your order will automatically be approved, printed, and shipped the way the proof looks. There will not be any refunds after approval.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Production times vary depending on our current workload. Generally, you can expect your proof within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Once your proof is approved, please allow 2-5 Business days for us to produce and ship your order.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, you can call us to place your order, but placing the order via our website and/or email is going to be the best option. All of our orders have to be processed via email at one point or another, so it's better to place the order online.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
This depends on which stage of the production process your order is currently in.
If you have approved the final proofs, no you can't cancel your order.
If you have received proofs, but don't want to move forward with production, a $50 or 25% cancellation fee will be applied to cover our design fees depending on the order.
If no art has been sent, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
CAN I REPRINT A PREVIOUSLY ORDERED GRAPHICS KIT?
Yes, of course! Please email us with your previous order # and your final proof to make this process as easy as possible.

We are open Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
